We know the importance of finding a sense of community within our larger company and encourage you explore both our Valor Associate Inclusion Network and our Valor Spouse Network, formed under the Valor umbrella. Our Valor Spouse Network was created as part of Valor to connect spouse associates and allies at Raymond James, including spouses of active-duty service members, reservists, retired or former service members, current and former first responders, and anyone who identifies with our community as an ally – your presence is welcome when you have a desire to share, learn and connect!

Transitioning Military Spouses Resources
Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP)
The Department of Defense MSEP connects military spouses with hundreds of partner employers who have committed to recruit, hire, promote and retain military spouses. Since its inception in 2011, MSEP has grown to include more than 850 employers and nonprofits, hiring more than 340,000 military spouses!
Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) Military Spouse
HOH recognizes that military spouses’ careers are impacted by their service members’ military service. That’s why every HOH event and program is open to military and veteran spouses as well as military caregivers.
Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO)
The DOD established the SECO program to provide education and career guidance to military spouses worldwide, offering comprehensive resources and tools related to career exploration, education, training and licensing, employment readiness and career connections.
We provide over 40,000 free resources for the military community. We provide support for active duty, veterans, reservists, the National Guard, military spouses, and dependents, in career planning, business development, job opportunities, certifications, apprenticeship, or transitioning from Military life.
Transitioning First Responder Spouses Resources
We are a nationally recognized recruiting firm based in Northern Virginia. Founded by a former law enforcement officer. We are committed to helping those who have served our nation transition smoothly into civilian careers
Fire For Effect Foundation Inc
Offers resources and support for navigating the challenges of reentry into civilian life for veterans and first responders, including community and camaraderie programs.
Veterans and First Responders Training Initiative (VTI)
This program, part of the CyberSkills2Work™ Program, offers training and support for veterans, transitioning military personnel, first responders, and military spouses (and dependents) to enter cybersecurity careers.
First Responders Children’s Foundation (FRCF)
With a primary focus on scholarships, FRCF offers a powerful network for children of first responders. Their free financial workshops teach skills to make financial decisions with as you plan for your future and education.
