Military Hiring & Recruiting
As Raymond James continues to mature as a company, we are able to expand our reach, while refining our approach to attracting diverse talent, such as Veterans. Onboarding a Military/Military Spouse hire comes with a multitude of tangible and intangible benefits. Prior Service Members and spouses are arguably the most adaptive members of the workforce, having graduated from one of the greatest leadership institutes in the nation- the Military. Bringing these individuals to Raymond James allows us give back to those who have given so much for all of us as a nation. Hiring a Veteran not only satisfies us morally, but it also brings diversity and inclusion to the front lines of the firm.
To date, the firm has already taken steps to engage with several military transition programs with unique national transition institutes created exclusively for military/ military spouse members of all branches. These programs exist to serve others so that their next mission is always clear and continues to impact the world.
