As Raymond James continues to mature as a company, we are able to expand our reach, while refining our approach to attracting diverse talent, such as Veterans. Onboarding a Military/Military Spouse hire comes with a multitude of tangible and intangible benefits. Prior Service Members and spouses are arguably the most adaptive members of the workforce, having graduated from one of the greatest leadership institutes in the nation- the Military. Bringing these individuals to Raymond James allows us give back to those who have given so much for all of us as a nation. Hiring a Veteran not only satisfies us morally, but it also brings diversity and inclusion to the front lines of the firm.

Valor Spouse Network is a name that proudly reflects our inclusive mission to support all military and first responder spouses, families, and allies. While our name has evolved, our mission remains steadfast: to connect and empower the spouses of active duty, retired, and former service members, as well as first responders, allies, and family members within the Raymond James community. Together, we honor service, celebrate resilience, and strengthen our shared commitment to those who support our nation every day. A central goal of the Valor Spouse Network (“VSN”) program is to connect military/first responder spouse associates at Raymond James.
