Military Hiring & Recruiting

As Raymond James continues to mature as a company, we are able to expand our reach, while refining our approach to attracting diverse talent, such as Veterans. Onboarding a Military/Military Spouse hire comes with a multitude of tangible and intangible benefits. Prior Service Members and spouses are arguably the most adaptive members of the workforce, having graduated from one of the greatest leadership institutes in the nation- the Military. Bringing these individuals to Raymond James allows us give back to those who have given so much for all of us as a nation. Hiring a Veteran not only satisfies us morally, but it also brings diversity and inclusion to the front lines of the firm.
Military Spouse Network

Valor’s Military Spouse Network was created to support the recruitment and retention of exceptional military spouse talent with emphasis in three key areas: Support Network, Professional Development, and Recruiting/ Hiring. We are committed to connecting associates with resources and experiences to support professional development. We are also members of the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) program, which is an employment and career partnership connecting military spouses with more than 390 partner employers. By joining the MSEP, Raymond James has become a part of an even larger collective effort to support military spouse employment.
